Welcome to Al Usman Group (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services across four verticals: Tourism & Travel, Real Estate, Oil Exchange & Auto Care, and Rent-a-Car (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our site or using any Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Definitions

• Site: alusmangroup.com and subpages.
• User / you: anyone accessing the Site or using the Services.
• Booking: any reservation, order, or purchase made with us.
• Client Materials: information you provide to complete a Booking.

2) Eligibility & Account

• You must be able to form a legally binding contract and comply with applicable laws.
• If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential and update information promptly.

3) General Use of the Site

• Use the Site lawfully. Do not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse content or systems.
• All content is our property or licensed to us. See “Intellectual Property” below.
• We may change or discontinue any part of the Site or Services without notice.

4) Pricing, Payments & Taxes

• Prices shown are indicative and may change until a Booking is confirmed and paid.
• We may require deposits or full payment in advance depending on the Service.
• You are responsible for any bank fees, government duties, or applicable taxes.
• Late or failed payments may result in cancellation without refund of non-refundable amounts.

5) Cancellations & Refunds

Each Service has specific rules (see Sections 6–9). If a policy is not stated, the default is:

• Written cancellation by email to info@alusmangroup.com.
• Refunds—if any—exclude non-recoverable third-party costs (e.g., hotel, fuel, government fees).
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

6) Tourism & Travel Terms

• What we provide: tour planning, transport, accommodation coordination, and local support as per your confirmed itinerary.
• Itineraries: subject to weather, safety, road closures, and third-party availability. We may adjust routes/timings for safety or operational reasons.
• Client responsibilities: valid IDs/visas/permits, truthful health/fitness disclosures for activities, compliance with local laws and park rules.
• Cancellations: cut-offs and fees vary by package and supplier. Some components can be non-refundable.
• Delays/Force Majeure: we are not liable for events outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes, natural events).

7) Real Estate Terms

• Listings: We aim for accuracy, but availability, pricing, and details can change. Verify independently before committing.
• Brokerage/Advisory: where applicable, our fees/commission will be disclosed before engagement.
• Transactions: deposits, token money, and agreements are subject to mutually signed documents between buyer/seller/landlord/tenant and applicable law.
• No legal/tax advice: we recommend professional legal and financial advice for property decisions.

8) Oil Exchange & Auto Care Terms

• Service scope: oil change, filters, and related quick services as agreed at the time of Booking.
• Vehicle condition: you confirm your vehicle is roadworthy and disclose any known issues.
• Products & warranty: we use labeled products; manufacturer warranties (if any) apply. Keep your invoice for claims.
• Liability: we are not responsible for pre-existing faults, hidden engine issues, or failures unrelated to the service performed.

9) Rent-a-Car Terms

• Driver & documents: valid driver’s license, government ID, and (if required) security deposit.
• Use: no reckless driving, off-roading (unless permitted), racing, or illegal activity. Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle.
• Fuel & km: vehicles are supplied with a stated fuel level and daily km limit (if any). Extra usage and refueling are chargeable.
• Damage & fines: you are responsible for traffic fines, tolls, and damage not covered by insurance/excess terms.
• Returns: late returns may incur hourly/day charges. Excessive cleaning or smoking in the car may incur fees.

10) User Content & Reviews

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use reviews or photos you submit to display our Services.
• No unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content. We may remove content at our discretion.

11) Intellectual Property

• The Site, logos, text, graphics, photos, videos, and software are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

12) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle personal data to process bookings, improve services, and meet legal obligations.

13) Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party partners (hotels, drivers, payment processors, insurers). Their terms may apply in addition to ours.

14) Disclaimers

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free listings, or outcomes.
• Travel and driving involve risk. You accept those risks when participating.

15) Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

16) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Al Usman Group, its officers, and staff harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

17) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, network outages, or supplier failure.

18) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Province/State], Pakistan (without regard to conflict of law rules). Courts located in [City], Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Where required, parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days before filing a case.
